TIL DEN MØRKE NAT (TO THE END OF NIGHT)
During a picnic in a Danish forest, a couple and their child cross an ancient boundary. As night falls, something old awakens, the child disappears, and the couple senses far greater forces at work.
Based on old Danish folklore and shot on 16mm on real ancient burial grounds in Denmark, TO THE END OF NIGHT deals with the loss of respect for the natural world in modern day. Reinterepting the pre-christian understanding of nature and showing how it would look if we told stories in the same way as we did a 1000 years ago.
